Each workshop would include 3 hours of instruction and hands-on sculpting. We will begin by looking at the unique characteristics of humpback whales, then create a whale sculpture with step-by-step instructions. Along the way, I will discuss glazing options and finishing techniques. Students are welcome to improvise and develop their own creative interpretation of a humpback whale. At the end of the day you will need to bisque fire and glaze fire your sculpture on your own.

Requirements: All skill levels are welcome. Basic pottery tools
