Administrative Assistant

The Position
Administrative Assistant work flexible hours in a fun, welcoming, art studio environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Process Class and Membership registrations
  • Update class roster spreadsheets and schedules
  • Make general website updates
  • Add and update new classes to Website
  • Assisting members and students with whatever questions they have
  • Answer in a timely manner all email and phone calls
  • And more.

Qualifications:
Must have a positive, welcoming attitude. Experience with clay and any of the responsibilities above is a big plus (but not required).

Salary & Benefits
  • $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
  • Flexible part-time hours. 15-30 hours per week. Paid training.
  • Studio Membership including all clay, glazes, and firings.
