Policy Regarding Membership Holds: Ongoing Members may request a Membership hold for 30 to 120 contiguous days ("Hold Period") twice in any 12 month period with at least 2 weeks advanced notice. During any Hold Period Member shall not use BHC Facilities and their Base Membership Fee (only) will not accrue whereas all applicable remaining components of Membership Fee will continue accruing. A one time $50.00 administrative fee applies to each Hold. (For any extension over 4 months an additional $50 fee will be charged.) There is a $59/month fee if you choose to hold your seat in your ongoing class.

PLEASE SEND TEAMBHC@BLOSSOMHILLCRAFTS.COM AN EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING THE FORM, WITH THE START AND END DATE OF YOUR HOLD AS WELL IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP YOUR INTERMEDIATE CLASS DURING YOUR HOLD.

How To Make Sure Your Work is Not Discarded While You Are Gone:
While your membership is on hold, it is your responsibility to keep track of your pottery projects. We regularly clean off old work left on our shelves (drying shelves, bisque shelves, and finished work). Please come yourself or ask a friend (not your teacher or another staff member) to pick up any work that is still on our shelves or in kilns while you are away. If something slips through the cracks and you need us to keep an eye out for it, email us at teambhc@blossomhillcrafts.com. In the email, please include what stage your project is in, the dimensions, the shape, and color (if glazed). If possible, a picture would be preferred.
